Terms of service
Using EasyStreak responsibly.
The ground rules for building with the EasyStreak dashboard and API.
Agreement
These terms were last updated September 8, 2026 and govern your use of EasyStreak, operated by Loan Fantinel, trading as lfantine (a French micro-entreprise based in Nice, France — see the legal notice for publisher details). By creating an account or using the API, you agree to them. Questions go to contact@lfantine.com. These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute not resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
The service
EasyStreak provides tools to create projects, manage API credentials and add streak tracking and trophies to your products. Your integration is responsible for its user interface and for sending accurate activity data.
Your account and API keys
Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Keep personal and project API keys on your server, outside public repositories and browser code. Regenerate exposed credentials promptly.
You are responsible for the integrations you authorize and for staying within the limits of your plan.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not access another customer’s data, bypass authentication or usage limits, interfere with service availability, or submit malicious content.
Only submit data you are authorized to process. Provide appropriate notices to your users and obtain any permissions your integration requires.
Your data and your product
You retain ownership of your product and the data you submit. EasyStreak needs to process submitted data to deliver the features you request. Your relationship with your own users remains your responsibility.
Read the privacy overview →Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout. Prices do not include VAT — EasyStreak is not currently VAT-registered (exemption under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard; changes take effect as shown there at the time you make them. EasyStreak does not store your card details — Stripe processes and stores payment information directly.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If your account falls out of compliance with your plan’s limits (for example after a downgrade), project and user API calls are blocked until it’s resolved — by upgrading, or by stopping or deleting projects.
Manage billing →Availability
The service may experience maintenance or interruptions. The status page reports the most recent API reachability check; it is not an uptime guarantee or a service-level agreement.
Check service status →Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyStreak is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue or profits arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid EasyStreak in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop calling the API at any time and delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes associated projects and streak data permanently, so save anything you need first. EasyStreak may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, particularly the acceptable-use section above.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
